You're loaded down with bikes, lumber, or a side-by-side caked in last weekend's mud. Doesn't matter. You've got the right hitch and no reason to second-guess it. Swapping trailers tomorrow? Flip the ball over and get back to work.
This hitch doesn't mess around. With a 14,000 lb rating on the 2-5/16" ball and 10,000 lbs on the 2", it handles most big trailer jobs with ease. And because it's made from lightweight aluminum with stainless steel balls, you get the strength without the bulk. Easier to handle. Built to pull hard and stay looking sharp.
This version gives you 2" of drop or rise, which is spot-on for most stock-height trucks and SUVs. No setup headaches. Just the right height to keep your trailer level and your ride smooth.
Flip the stainless-steel ball platform and you're ready to switch trailers. Secure pins keep it locked in, just set it up and go.
Forget flaky paint or corrosion creeping in. The aluminum shank resists rust, and the stainless balls don't rust out or gum up no matter how nasty the road gets. Even the pins are stainless, so you're not hunting replacements after one salty winter.

Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the BulletProof hitches aluminum adjustable two ball mount with a two inch drop or rise for a two inch hitch. Has a 14,000 pound maximum gross towing weight capacity. Now this is an aluminum ball mount with a stainless steel dual ball platform, which will slide into a two inch hitch receiver, and let you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle. Basically, the shank portion right here is what'll slide into your two inch hitch receiver. And when you do install it, it will require a hitch pining clip or a hitch lock for securing it to your hitch receiver.
Those items are not included. We do sell those separately on our website. You wanna make sure to get a hitch pin that'll have a diameter of 5/8 of an inch. Now up front you can see it has the dual hitch balls. These will provide the connection point for your trailer coupler, and it is two different size stainless steel hitch balls, a two inch diameter or a 2 5/16 inch diameter.
So it's gonna let you tow trailers with different coupler sizes. And it's pretty easy to switch the ball if you want to use either one. Right now it's set up to use the 2 5/16 diameter. If you want to switch it to the two inch, you just pull out these two clips, pull out the two pins, turn the ball over, and then you can use the two inch. Put your clip pins and clips back in.
If you notice the adjustment holes, it does adjust in one inch increments. Now we've mentioned the pins and clips. We just pull one of the clips out. Pull one of the pins out. They use a 5/8 inch diameter, corrosion resistant, hardened steel pin.
Has a nice nickel undercoat with a zinc plating top coat for best corrosion resistance. And then the clip is included. So you just slide that through, line up your hole with the clip, go ahead and push your clip in. And just like that, you're all set to go. Now the gross towing weight capacity on this is gonna depend on what diameter ball size you use. So if you use the larger 2 5/16 inch diameter ball gets you a 14,000 pound gross towing weight capacity. If you switch it to the smaller two inch diameter ball, it'll get you a 10,000 pound gross towing weight capacity. The tongue weight will stay the same. It's 2,000 pounds. And we mentioned it is an adjustable height, so it'll let you tow trailers of different heights with the same vehicle. Basically this ball mount will slide up or down, in the drop or rise position. And as we mentioned, it'll get you a maximum drop of two inches or maximum rise of two inches. You just slide this up or down along the shank, secure it in place with those two pins and clips. And basically it's gonna offer you five different mounting positions. The ball mount is a solid lightweight aluminum, has a nice sleek polished finish to it that doesn't chip or corrode. And it is machined to an extremely tight tolerance for a nice precise fit. Again, the application this fits onto a two inch by two inch trailer hitch receiver. Last thing I wanna do is just give you a couple measurements. We're gonna measure the distance from the center of the hitch pin holes to the center of the ball. So if we measure using the first hitch pin hole to the center of the ball, we'll be able to see is gonna be right at eight inches. And if we go from the second hole to the center of the ball is gonna get you a measurement of 9 1/4 inches. But that's gonna do it for a look at this BulletProof hitches aluminum adjustable two ball mount with the two inch dropper rise for your two inch hitch.
